All of it. At any volume.
There is no feature envelope and nothing held back to sell you later. Employees at a ten-person company or a ten-thousand-person company receive the same experience and access to the same features.
SSO arrives for everybody. When we ship it, SAML and OIDC are included. Security is our standard, not a paid feature.
The core loop. Every customer does this, every day.

What we are building
Four things we are working on now.
Author the skills your organisation actually uses, and have Score assess against them rather than against somebody else’s list.
Read and export the full record behind a score: every assessment, every rating, when it happened. For your own confidence, or for somebody who asks.
Microsoft Teams and Jira alongside the connectors above, an API you can read and write against, and a sync with your HR system so people and roles arrive by themselves.
See where skills are strengthening and where they are not, over months rather than in a single snapshot.
This list is shaped by what customers ask for first.
Frequently asked
None of them. There is nothing to choose. Your rate follows the number of assessments you run, and it changes by itself as that number changes. There is no sales conversation at any size.
Everything. There is no feature envelope, no capability withheld and nothing to unlock. The only thing that changes with volume is whether your support carries a guaranteed response time.
One peer rating a colleague against one skill, on a real moment of work. That is one billable event, metered through Stripe and invoiced at the end of each cycle. Logins, dashboards, API calls and seats are not metered and never will be.
Closed Beta customers are not metered. Assessments run and your rate materialises, but no invoice goes out. When we leave Closed Beta we give at least 30 days notice before any billing starts, and you move to the rate your usage already places you at. No data lost, no re-onboarding.
Your rate adjusts after the loyalty buffer, and nothing else happens. There are no features to lose on the way down, because there were none gained on the way up. Your data, your roles and your rubrics are untouched.
No. The model is purely consumption-driven. There is no renewal moment, no contract negotiation and no per-year commitment. You add a payment method once at onboarding and Stripe handles the meter.
Yes. SAML and OIDC arrive for everybody the moment we ship SSO. Security is our standard, not a paid feature.
