The assessment

One question. Anonymous. Done.

No forms. No calibration meetings. No manager override. A single anonymous rating from someone who actually worked with you.

How it works

Three steps. Under 30 seconds.

Every assessment is tied to a real collaboration moment. No fabricated reviews. No scheduled evaluation windows.

01
A moment happens

You merge a PR. You pair on a design. You attend a retro. Score detects the collaboration event from connected tools (GitHub, Slack, Calendar).

02
A peer is prompted

A relevant colleague receives a Slack DM: "How strong is Alex at Systems Design?" One skill, one scale (1 to 5), one tap.

03
The score updates

The anonymous rating feeds into Alex's skill score. Over time, multiple data points from multiple peers produce a verified, peer-validated score.

Fairness by design

Six rules that cannot be overridden.

Always anonymous

Your identity is never revealed to the person being assessed. Period.

Always skippable

Every assessment has a Skip button. You are never forced to rate someone.

Always three taps or fewer

No multi-page forms. No free-text essays. Rate, skip, or dismiss.

Always tied to a real moment

No fabricated prompts. Every assessment traces back to a real collaboration event.

No manager override

Managers see the trend, never the individual ratings. What your peers said stays what your peers said.

No self-assessment

You cannot rate yourself. Your score is what your peers say it is.

Privacy, by design

Anonymous, kept apart from your identity, and yours to control.

Three promises behind the assessment. Nothing complicated.

Anonymous, to everyone

When you rate a colleague your name is never attached. Not for them, not for their manager, not in any report or export. It cannot be worked out from timing or numbers.

Identity and ratings kept apart

Who you are and what the ratings say are stored separately, linked one way only. The ratings on their own tell no one who anyone is.

You decide who sees your score

Your data is yours. An employer sees it while you work there and loses access when you leave. A recruiter sees only what you choose. Nothing is shared without your say-so.

All seven promises

Where it lives

See it everywhere you already work.

Slack
DM assessment prompts

Assessment requests arrive as Slack DMs, usefully formatted. Rate inline. Never leave the conversation.
