For managers

Know your team. From the work.

Score gives you one page with what a manager needs to know: where the team is strong, where it is thin, who is moving, and who needs coaching to grow in a particular skill. It is built from peer assessments on real moments of work, so none of it waits for the end of the year.

Team skill readiness

See where the team stands, skill by skill.

For each kind of skill, you see how many of your people sit in each band. Counts of people, not percentages, so a team of six reads like a team of six.

A band only fills once it has at least three assessments from at least two colleagues. Where the evidence is not there yet, the page says so rather than guessing.

Review recent work, direct observation and documented performance before deciding. Peer input is incomplete and cannot replace them.

Weekly movement

Know who is moving.

Scores update once a week. Weekly movement tells you how many of your direct reports moved up, held steady or moved down since the last update.

So a one-to-one starts from what changed, not from memory.

Movement in your direct reports’ competency Scores since the last weekly update.

Department viewComing soon

See how your team compares.

Next on the page: how your team sits beside other managers’ teams, so you can see where the whole department is strong and where it needs help.

The Department view tile, marked coming soon, with a drawing of a team tree: one manager above two teams.
Moment Health Check

Know how much of the work Score can see.

A score is only as good as the moments behind it. Moment Health Check shows, tool by tool, how much of your team’s work Score has seen in the last 72 hours, against a shared benchmark.

When a tool is quiet, it tells you the likely reason and who can fix it, such as a private channel Score has not been added to.

The Moment Health Check table. One row each for Slack, GitHub, Google Calendar and Linear, showing how many moments Score saw in the last 72 hours and whether that is at or below the shared benchmark.
High performers

Recognise strength, and show the next step.

High performers lists the people showing strong evidence in a competency, next to what the next level of it looks like.

So a conversation about growth has something concrete to point at.

The High performers tile, listing people with strong evidence in a competency and a link to what the next level looks like.
