Three things, that is all.
Score is deliberately small. No dashboards to learn, no forms to fill. It runs quietly alongside the work you already do.
Someone at your organisation added you to Score. That is the step you just completed. Your account is ready.
When you collaborate with a colleague, a relevant teammate gets one short, anonymous question about a single skill. One tap, no forms.
Those peer ratings build a verified, portable record of your professional skill. You own it. You decide who sees it. Score also measures how ratings are given. Some patterns are being proven on real data now, and once one is, the ratings caught by it will count for less in the score.
Score asks its one question where your team already talks. Today that is Slack: a short direct message from the Score app, answered in a tap. Microsoft Teams is on the way.
If your organisation has not connected Slack yet, there is nothing for you to do. Ask whoever invited you to connect Slack from the Score admin area. Once it is connected, your prompts arrive there automatically, no extra sign-up.
No Slack and no Teams at all? Score still holds your verified score for the day your organisation connects a workspace. Your record does not wait on the tooling.
Know your worth.
